林環牆 Hwan C. Lin，男，美國北卡大學經濟學系的副教授（Associate Professor），曾任北美洲台灣人教授協會副會長和會長。 研究領域包括經濟成長，國際貿易，計算經濟學。
2019年8月28日，林環牆在臉書發表「獨立調查報告：蔡英文博士論文與証書的真偽」，對蔡英文總統1984年在倫敦政經學院的博士論文提出質疑[1]。
