'''陳信諭'''（{{bd|1988年}}）是出生及成長於臺灣[[高雄市]]的政治工作者。畢業於[[高雄中學]]和[[中國醫藥大學]][[醫學系]]，曾擔任過半年的[[醫生|內科醫師]]，過程中體認到因台灣醫師人數不足導致實習醫生成為[[過勞|血汗]][[勞工]]的辛酸，因而理解要改變小到醫院，大到這個社會的制度問題，必須仰賴政治參與才能真正解決，遂於關注[[太陽花學運]]暨實地參與在高雄[[美麗島站]]內的太陽花學運遍地開花靜坐後，歷經長考，決定棄醫從政，代表[[基進側翼]]黨，角逐2014年[[高雄市]][[前鎮區|前鎮]][[小港區]]的[[市議員]]。<ref name="archive.is 2018"/>
